Amy heads up our HR & Marketing recruitment for Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire & Staffordshire. She looks after senior HR roles across the full spectrum from Change Management, L&D, Recruitment, HRMI, Reward & Generalist HR positions. Amy also looks after the Marketing team and recruits positions from Graphic Designers, Internal Communications & Digital Marketing Execs to Marketing Managers.

On top of day to day recruitment, Amy runs our HR Academies and HR Forums where senior leaders are given the opportunity to network and develop their current skillset through a range of workshops, seminars and round table events. Amy also leads on our LinkedIn workshops for clients and candidates and provides solution focused Market Insights to clients, allowing them to tailor their benefits offering & recruitment process to be competitive with the rest of the market.

Amy loves any opportunity to travel. With recent adventures including back packing around Costa Rica, Philippines and Thailand, she is always looking forward to her next big trip!

Amy is the proud dog mum to a miniature long haired sausage dog called Chief and welcomes any dog related chat during candidate & client conversations!
