Ayisha has worked in the world of recruitment for four years now, previously in the Industrial sector recruiting permanent and temporary staff and has taken the opportunity to take her career forward with Macildowie on the commercial desk focussing on temporary staffing and FTCs.

Ayisha is excited to continue a successful career with Macildowie and is excited to see what the future holds for her. She is passionate about creating long-lasting, key relationships with candidates and clients to meet their expectations.

Ayisha loves a holiday; she is well known for booking her next holiday whilst still enjoying the ones she’s on! Of course, with a Pina Colada in her hand.

She enjoys working out in the gym for her wind-down time! 

FINDING NEW FOOD PLACES!! – Trying new restaurants, new foods, and different cuisines are her all-time favourite thing. 

Ayisha also enjoys shopping and spends money on clothes and shoes she really doesn’t need.

Ayisha has two dogs Rocco and Cooper, both Dachshunds, still puppies and loves taking them on walks and having to deal with their crazy personalities, but they are both so cute and mischievous.
