Before joining Macildowie Cody started out as an apprentice at a local estate agency for 5 years and worked his way up to become a property manager. He enjoys building long lasting relationships with clients and working under pressure so decided to pursue a career in recruitment.

Cody recruits for interim/temporary finance roles across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Staffordshire.

Outside of work, Cody loves to travel, socialise with friends as well as family he has up north but most of all he enjoys eating out.
