Isaac's journey into the world of work has been a little complicated as he was studying A-levels when the Covid-19 pandemic hit. This meant a lot of doors he had planned for were suddenly shut tight.

Isaac then went into full time work as a collections agent within a fintech company. Within the same company he moved into a generalist HR role meaning he's had loads of exposure to the different aspects of HR. This is where he found his love for recruitment.

Then in 2022 the Cost of living crisis hit and he was unfortunately made redundant. He then decided to take a step and focus on recruitment. With Macildowie’s help he was placed in a fantastic company within the health and social care sector as a recruitment coordinator. After excelling within the role he was promoted into a group wide recruiter role meaning he was looking after recruitment for every one of the company's care homes.

Disaster once again struck and he found himself sitting in the redundancy seat after the company he was working for was merged with a sister company.

Now, with his exceptional knowledge of multiple industries and job roles, working at Macildowie he's feeling the most in his stride and is ready to help those looking for new roles within the Procurement and Supply Chain sector!

Outside of work Isaac is super passionate about keeping active, doing a plethora of activities such as running, swimming, road cycling, mountain biking, Taekwondo, MMA.

Three fun facts about Isaac:

• He's a huge F1 fan and one day hopes to follow the season on a world tour!
• He and his family have their own taekwondo club, coaching multiple current national champions and many future champions!
• He himself has two world titles in Taekwondo.
