Alina joined Macildowie in November 2024 with a strong background in recruitment. Before starting her role here, Alina spent a year living and travelling in America, broadening her perspective and gaining incredible life experiences.

Outside of work, Alina is a competitive gymnast, she enjoys staying active and embracing new challenges. When she’s not flipping around, you’ll find her planning her next adventure or enjoying some well-deserved downtime at home - she’s all about balance!
