Our process

Macildowie is an award-winning recruitment & retention consultancy with a reputation as the go-to brand in the East Midlands. Since 1993 we have built our reputation as one of the UK’s leading professional recruitment businesses, expanding our coverage into the West Midlands, Milton Keynes and the South East as well as nationally in some markets.

We serve contract, interim and permanent markets with expertise in a number of key disciplines across both the private and public sectors. We also have a specialist division offering executive search and senior interim recruitment.

In 2020, following feedback from our client base, we expanded our offering to cover retention and outplacement services as well as a fully comprehensive outsourced recruitment and on-boarding solution (Macildowie RPO).
