This recruitment & induction specific psychometric tool gives our clients extra information about a candidate prior to their interview. The candidates’ learning type, decision-making skills and working speed are all assessed. The client can tailor their interview questions around the results as well as get an idea as to how the individual prefers to work or be managed.
More than just words on a piece of paper.  How many times have you seen the best written CV for a candidate, invited them for interview and then realised they just aren’t the right character for your team? Recruitment and interviewing can be a timely process – using our online Video interview platform enables you to see a snippet of our candidates with a short video introduction alongside their CV submission, helping you to understand further the type of person they are.
