What do you do?
I connect exceptional transactional finance professionals with fantastic businesses across the East Midlands. With over 14 years in the industry, I specialise in interim placements across all levels within clerical finance, as well as senior permanent roles above £35k — from managerial to supervisory and consultant positions. My focus goes beyond filling vacancies — I partner with candidates to support their long-term career journeys, ensuring every move is the right one for them.
What are you known for?
I’m known for my methodical, calm, and solutions-focused approach to recruitment. Having spent more than a decade in the industry, I pride myself on being a true consultant — someone who takes the time to understand both clients and candidates, finding the best outcome for both sides. My Green/Blue personality shines through in the way I build trust and deliver consistency — and since becoming a dad, there’s definitely a bit more Red in the mix too!

I’m a proud family man who loves spending time with my partner of 20 years and our daughter, Beau. Outside of work, you’ll find me on the football pitch, tackling a DIY project, or enjoying a quiet weekend exploring garden centres with the family
