Macildowie's public sector team has been appointed to PIRMS 1287 — the Permanent, Interim and Recruitment Marketing Solutions framework — on Lot 1 and 2.
Procured by YPO with the London Borough of Waltham Forest, PIRMS gives local authorities, education establishments, police, fire and rescue services, NHS bodies, registered charities and central government departments a compliant route to market for permanent and interim recruitment. It runs until November 2027, with the option to extend. The framework succeeds LGRP, the Local Government Resourcing Partnership, which Macildowie also supplied through.
For organisations already set up to buy through YPO, it means senior finance, HR, procurement, property and programme appointments can be made through an existing compliant route.
One of several compliant routes
Macildowie are able to offer a number of compliant routes to market for public sector recruitment.
Alongside PIRMS, the team holds a place on ESPO's Strategic HR and Recruitment Services framework (3S_26) on Lots 1-6; a national framework available to eligible public sector organisations across the UK, which runs to July 2028.
Macildowie also supply through GCA RM6277, Non-Clinical Staffing, and are currently taking part in the retender for its successor agreement - RM6397.
Behind the appointments
Macildowie are a specialist recruiter based in the East Midlands with over 30 years' experience supporting public and private sector organisations. The dedicated public sector team brings a combined tenure of more than 100 years, recruiting into local and central government, not-for-profit, charities, social housing and education, and partnering with organisations across the UK on interim and permanent appointments across finance, procurement, programme management, property, asset management, housing, regeneration, human resources, and marketing and communications.
That reach matters more than usual at the moment with organisations facing shifting priorities driven by government policy, transformational change and wider socio-economic influences. And Macildowie are delighted to be able to support in these challenging times through the provision of interim and permanent staff.
"Being on these frameworks means the organisations we work with can move quickly and compliantly at a point when they need to. Public Sector and not-for-profit organisations are facing constantly shifting priorities and a fully compliant route to market enables us to help them in sourcing high-calibre staff to critical posts at short notice” — Margarita Fedoseyeva, Managing Director
