Outside of work, he is an avid Leicester Tigers fan and has been a season ticket holder since he was 13. Jamie also enjoys many sports including playing golf, skiing and mountain biking. Over the last two years Jamie has also fulfilled another passion of his, completing a nuts and bolts restoration on his classic car, of which he plans to drive down to Le Mans in 2022!
What do you do?
As a member of the senior leadership team, as well as recruiting permanent finance professionals and providing market-leading consultancy to my clients and candidates alike, I also take a leading role in maximising Business Development opportunities, Senior networking and market insights. For the last 11 years, I have chaired and orchestrated our Connects CFO forum, which I run for FC’s, FD’s and CFO’s in partnership with Forvis Mazars.
What are you known for?
With a rich and successful candidate and client network across the East Midlands, I have a very strong introducer and cross-sell peer group, which has enabled me to build and develop many strong advocates and exclusive relationships. I am passionate about understanding the different dynamics and culture of every business I work with, and I pride myself on having unrivalled knowledge on their individual sectors, products and service offerings.
Tell us a bit about yourself?
Outside of work, I am a proud father of two beautiful girls, or should I say young ladies! I spend the largest proportion of my time with my closest friends and family. Since the age of 13, I have had a season ticket and the same wooden seat at Leicester Tigers. My other guilty vice is renovating and racing classic sports cars.
