I am the Managing Director for the Public Sector and Not for Profit Division which I established in 2018. I have been covering Public Sector and NFP since 2004 and have had a national role since 2006, so I have strong knowledge and understanding of challenges, initiatives and changes that affect the sectors we operate in. The Division is responsible for permanent, fixed-term and interim recruitment as well as consultancy solutions across Finance; Procurement & Commissioning;  Project, Programme Management & Transformation; HR & Marcoms; Property & Housing; Planning, Regen & Economic Development, Policy, and Performance, as well as Executive n NED appointments. The Division covers Local Government (& LATCos), Central Government, Education, Social Housing, Charities across the whole of the UK.

The Division enjoys working via a suite of National Frameworks such as:

1. YPO PIRMS 1287 (formerly known as the LGRP)
2. ESPO 3S _ 26 Strategic HR & Recruitment Services Framework
3. CGA RM6277

We also work in partnership with CIPFA and East Midlands Councils and help sponsor events and seminars for the wider CIPFA members and Local Authority Partners across the Midlands and nationwide. In addition, Margarita and the team is able to offer outplacement consulting, psychometric assessments during restructures as well as new recruitment processes and deliver tailored client and candidate LinkedIn and CPD events.
