Maz joined Macildowie in 2016 coming from an RPO background where he spent 6 years helping to manage large accounts and various ad hoc projects. He is currently responsible for recruiting part and newly qualified finance professional across Northamptonshire.

Maz has been recognised for his success at Macildowie and has been promoted on 3 occasions, most recently to Managing Consultant.
