Naomi joined Macildowie having previously spent 5 years working as a pharmaceutical representative. She is part of the HR & Marketing Team and is responsible for HR roles up to £50,000  across Lincolnshire and Peterborough. Naomi recruits for both permanent and interim roles, helping professionals take the next important steps within their HR careers.

Naomi is a proud dog mum and can be found out and about with her springer spaniel most weekends.

She’s also a complete foodie, loves travel and is happiest on the beach with a pina colada!
