Over the last few years, the Macildowie HR Forum has not only been a long-standing, well-received forum but a really good opportunity for HR professionals to learn, and build their HR network. As we understand, there is not much similar in the market aimed at In-House recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists we are happy to announce that Macildowie HR is now running quarterly ‘Talent Tables’ to provide just that!
In a similar way to the HR Forum there will be an agenda for each meeting put together by questions and queries sent to us from the attendees, this ensures the topics are relevant for everyone at each session.
This will be a ‘safe place’ for any internal recruiters to:
- Build relationships and network with other recruitment professionals
- Learn how other companies operate and potentially learn some new ways of working
- Bring a project or question to the agenda (we actively encourage this) so that other professionals can assist with feedback or ideas.
