About Chris

Chris is a real-life example of the power of a great graduate scheme. Starting at Macildowie in 2011, working in finance and moving to recruitment he developed his career internally including launching new business for the organisation nationally. Chris became a Regional Managing Director in 2019 then in 2023 became Group Commercial Director, spearheading the launch of a new division focused on AI and Tech in recruitment and wider people services. He has developed his AI capabilities and expertise, facilitating AI skills training, hosting technical workshops and delivering thought leadership on the topic.
